DELIVERY POLICY

This delivery policy is hereby incorporated into and forms part of our agreement with the customer. This policy must be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

Place of delivery

Bucit.co.za delivers door-to-door to all nine provinces within South Africa

On check out, the customer will have to indicate the physical address and area code within South Africa where the goods are required, as well as contact numbers to be used in connection with the delivery.

The products are typically delivered during working hours between 8:00 - 17:00.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

The parcel will be delivered to the physical address specified in the checkout process. If nobody is present at that address at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to deliver the goods a maximum of 3 times before returning them to the Bucit.co.za.

Delivery Time Frames: Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-3 days and delivery confirmed by way of: Order ID.

Product Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Bucit.co.za will inform promptly if any ordered products are not available.
